...but, it is a pretty sweet shirt, I'm not gonna lie.

I'm just sayin', cause that's the shirt you wore when I met you...
2  WebSerials.com / General Discussion / Re: (OT) 'TransMorphers: Fall of Man' trailer on: July 25, 2009, 10:14:45 AM
I had the misfortunes to actually see both Transmorphers. I'm not sure why we always approach the Asylum subject on this board, but fine. I had real hopes for them to do a better job. I did. Especially with a name like Bruce Boxleitner in the credits. But boy, what a let-down, mostly where the execution was concerned.

Felix Vasquez Jr. of Cinema-Crazed.com -- who gave the original Transmorphers a positive review --  put it best: "There are moments when Transmorphers 2 rises to the occasion and injects a sense of urgency to the proceedings, but it takes too long for anything to happen. It's one long stretch of boring with a few hits of excitement, but the cons drastically affect the pros."

And he's still being nice. If you have to suffer through an Asylum film, try The Terminators. Still has lots of weak points, but compared to the rest of the lot, it feels less of a waste of time.

Apologies accepted. Looking forward to seeing your improvised sitcom. Considering that its Josh and Jess we're dealing with, we can expect this to be Teh Awesome Win!

But dangit Kevin, that's gotta be your favorite T-shirt...

Ah, finally some denouement on the agenda. Still, talk about nut jobs. But there are plenty of those around...

Kudos to Josh to finally dig into the gritty aspect of this epic. Not a pretty aspect, but necessary to make it real. and this makes it very real. Keep it up!

Well, very nice. The cartoon form gives a lot more leeway to exploring the epic format of this story. Waiting for more!

There is just one question in my mind that I still need answered, ever since it was revealed that a type of terrorists are behind this: What is their agenda? What is their gain in world-wide genocide? Even Osama has an agenda... although killing every human being on the planet is not it. I mean, not even Hitler wanted to exterminate every living thing on the planet (since we have so far seen no animals, I'm assuming it killed them too).

Unless you're an evil alien being who wants to use up all of earth's resources, and humans are only an 'infestation' to be dealt with, I see no reason to release an earth killing virus.

But I'm sure there is answer to all of this. Looking forward to the exposition!

Well, well. It all comes together. Now the only questions open are if Wilkins remained alive (I'm guessing no, the scene seems to imply he didn't take the antidote), what is on the video tape and how on earth will humanity go on with only a few LA students and terrorists there to propagate it. I weep for the species.  Grin

So... the logo finally comes to a meaningful instant (albeit somewhat of a cliche). Of course, we all knew she was bad news ;-) Let's just hope she wont kill him. That would really be a cliche.

Nicely written! Although I'll never understand the "everything happens for a reason" philosophy.

Nifty work! The Black Dawn is coming together nicely. Also kudos on the Lee campaign ads hidden away on the sidelines...

Oh and I can't believe you killed the only non-white character in the whole series.

Ouch, you're right. Bit of a faux pas, I fear.
