So, I was wondering... I paid for a season pass, but, when I went to download chapter 4, it told me it was no longer available. That's ok, I just figured I was late getting to it and it had already expired. But, when I sent in a request to get a new download link, I never got a response... Is chapter 4 not included in the season pass? If it is, then how do I get a hold of the download (without seeking "alternatives")?

If anyone has an actual answer, I'd like to know sooner than later, please. I'd like to have the full chapter asap. If I have to buy a new season pass or what-have-you, then so be it... But I don't get why I wasn't notified of such.

Email support@webserials.com or send a tweet to @Webserials on Twitter. Chapter 4 is included in the season pass, there was a minor glitch when they first posted it with PayLoadz. They will send you a new link so that you can download the chapter ASAP.

Curtis is right -- if you have this problem again, just send us an email (support@webserials.com) and we'll update your download links. Shade, I'll go ahead and re-authorize your downloads right now.

Our apologies for the download troubles some season pass holders have had. Our download service has been generally reliable, but the way they manage additional downloads like season passes has been a little finicky. We're still working out all of the kinks.

To those of you that have purchased the chapters, thank you so much for supporting our work in this way. Financially, this has been the best way for you as the audience to help us continue to make these series. We really appreciate it!

Err... Yeah, sorry, I couldn't find the e-mail to send this to. xD;; But I don't think I looked very hard... Sorry, my bad. ^^; All I found was this, and it didn't seem like something to be sending to either of the 2 e-mails in the lower right there.

Anyways, thank you very much for the fast response and approving my downloads. Sorry to bother and bring this up at the wrong place... ^^;

Yeah, I had the same problem, but got it fixed when I contacted the Webserials Twitter account.  Is that the best way, or would the email address be better?  What about the contact box on the expired download page?  Does that hit the same email address?

The email is the best. One of us has to manually reauthorize the links and the email goes straight to us. So, when we get the email we'll resend the links ASAP. I don't check Twitter as often as some of the others do, so that can sometimes be a slower process.

That's good... For me it's good, I mean. Because I don't have a Twitter, and don't plan to ever have one. xD;;
