So, I've just discovered that the original Cataclysmo is available via a podcast from iTunes. That's awesome! I was able to rewatch the first half of my favorite web serial ever. My question is...what about the second half? Namely, the Battle For Earth. I see there are 8 episodes available on the WebSerials podcast, but what of the rest? Will they ever be posted there? And what about Black Dawn? I can't watch stuff online when I'm at work, which is where I watch almost everything, so being able to load it onto my iPod and take it with me is fantastic!

So...it's been about 2 years and four days since I started this thread...with no response. I STILL love Cataclysmo, and STILL tell everyone about it. And this website STILL says the DVD is coming out in the spring...of 2008. What's up, guys? Is there any chance of it ever actually happening? Will anything else ever be posted on iTunes at least?

A lot has changed since the "Cataclysmo" days and the DVDs never materialized because there wasn't a strong enough demand, given the work that would be needed to produce them. However, at long last a feature version of "Cataclysmo" is in the works and may be released after a new re-mastered version of the series shows up on Hulu later this year.

As for our other shows, "The Black Dawn" TV series has just launched on Hulu (http://theblackdawn.com) and the feature film version is available for download from iTunes and Amazon.

And "Best Laid Plans" was just released on DVD (http://webserials.com/bestlaidplans) — sales of that will help us gauge the level of interest in DVDs for our other shows, as well.

I'd love to see the remastered 'Cataclysmo' if it comes out on DVD.  Sign me up for a copy.

Unfortunately, Hulu's not available outside the US, so international fans can't watch.  You may want to keep that in mind when determining viewership numbers and demand for the remastered DVD.

Don't worry -- like "Best Laid Plans" and "Black Dawn" we'll have a viewing option for international viewers.
